These terms cover your use of Stash, a free service for saving links and notes to come back to later. By signing in and using Stash, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Stash.
The links, notes, and tags you save are yours. I do not claim ownership of them and I take no licence over them beyond what is technically needed to store them and show them back to you. I do not read, sell, publish, or use your saved items for any other purpose. See the Privacy policy for what data is involved.
You agree not to use Stash to store, save, link to, upload, or otherwise process any content, or to engage in any activity, that:
There is no tolerance for child sexual abuse material. Where I become aware of apparent CSAM or related activity, I will preserve it as required, report it to the competent authorities, and act on their guidance, as the law requires or permits.
I may investigate suspected violations of these terms and, at my discretion and without prior notice, remove or disable access to content and suspend or terminate an account. For clearly illegal content this may be immediate.
If you believe content stored in Stash is illegal or breaks these terms, email vatroslav@stashitforlater.com with enough detail to find it. I review reports and act on them.
Stash is offered free of charge and "as is", without warranties of any kind. I do my best to keep it running and your data safe, but I cannot guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Stash. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop using Stash and delete your account at any time from inside the app. I may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.
If I ever wind Stash down, I will give reasonable notice, a window to export your data, and a date after which data is permanently deleted.
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Material changes will be noted.
